Mid-size CPA firm by an ESOP Advisor.

Retained by a mid-size CPA firm to coach six income partners to prepare at least three of them to be ready for promotion to equity partner within six to nine months.  Engagement included DiSC and 360 assessments, individual goal setting, monthly group coaching sessions, monthly one-on-one coaching sessions, as well as workshop on Nine Behaviors of Effective Leaders, building a high-performing team, delegation skills, and listening skills.  At end of six months, three of the participants were promoted to equity partner and the engagement was renewed for another six months for six more income partners plus the three who weren’t promoted following the first program.
