Retained by a mid-size, family-owned manufacturing company to further improve the relationship building skills of its 20-person sales force.  Engagement included 360 DiSC assessments of each participant and a program to help them interpret and use their results.  To make more informed decisions about manager – new hire assignments, each new Sales hire was asked to complete a DiSC assessment.  Comparison reports were then run between them and their potential managers to identify the best fits.  Key leaders and managers were also asked to complete 360 emotional intelligence assessment to help them understand how they are “showing up.”  Individual development plans were prepared following a one-on-one coaching session, with check-ins on their progress.  Since implementing these programs in mid-2018, all of the new hires are still with the company and sales growth has accelerated.
