Biography
Bill is the President and Founder of the ERISA Advisory Group, started in 1995. He acts as an Independent Trustee for ESOPs as well as a Fiduciary for other types of retirement plans as well as health welfare plans, working with single employer, multi-employer and multiple employer arrangements. He often assumes the active role as Independent Trustee or fiduciary for these plans, and his duties include but are not limited to, fiduciary guidance, performance of technical analysis, analysis of service provider fees and administrative duties.

Bill received his B.S. in Economics with a minor in Finance from the Florida State University and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist.

Bill is recognized as an industry expert and is former US DOL/EBSA Investigator and provides expert witness testimony for health and welfare and retirement plans. He has been named as an Independent Fiduciary by the U. S. Federal District Court, U.S. Department of Labor/EBSA, and the IRS to take over failed Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”) covered plans.
