Tracy Woolsey serves as Senior Vice President and Business Development Officer in the Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) Client Services group, focusing on managing client relationships and ESOP transactions.

Ms. Woolsey joined GreatBanc Trust Company in 2023. Prior to joining GreatBanc Trust, Ms. Woolsey served as Senior Vice President leading the ESOP team then started the Corporate Customer Experience and Sales area of Horizon Bank.  Ms. Woolsey has more than 25 years of experience with ESOPs and retirement plan services

Education

Ms. Woolsey earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Purdue University. She is a member of the ESOP Association, is a past chair of the Interdisciplinary Advisory Committee on Fiduciary Issues, where she is still active, served on the Communications Committee, as well as being the past President of the Indiana Chapter of the ESOP Association. Ms. Woolsey is also a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership.
