Mr. Borowy joined GreatBanc in 2019.  Prior to joining GreatBanc Trust, Mr. Borowy served as Vice President of ESOP trustee services and administration for Lubbock National Bank. 

Rob Borowy serves as Vice President, Trust Officer in the Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) Client Services group, focusing on managing client relationships and ESOP transactions.

Education

Mr. Borowy earned a bachelor of business administration from Texas Christian University.  He is a graduate of Texas Bankers Association Texas Trust School I and II. Mr. Borowy is a member of The ESOP Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership

Expertise

He has more than 25 years of experience with ESOPs and retirement plan services. 

Prior to beginning his career in the finance industry, Mr. Borowy served five years as 

a Minuteman III ICBM missile launch officer in the United States Air Force.
