I’d give Patrice a "5" rating without hesitation. Patrice’s approach to our valuation was methodical, well researched, and most importantly, made sense to us. She took the time to get to know our business in great detail, both inside operations and external markets. She helped guide us through multi-year projections and questioned our responses in a way that made us re-think our assumptions, but did it in a collaborative way that let us know it was a team effort. She earned our trust over the course of the first valuation and continues to be a resource on other ESOP related issues. I highly recommend Patrice as an ESOP Valuation expert.

J.P., ESOP trustee

I rate Patrice 5/5 stars. She's an excellent communicator and responds very promptly to questions. Her valuation report was very detailed, thorough and easy to read. It addressed all the Department of Labor requirements in conjunction with the Great Bank agreement. Patrice is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of different company valuation methods and does a very thorough analysis of marketplace and competition, with a full understanding of the client company and industry. It's been a pleasure to work with her.
