Lynn Archer serves as Senior Vice President and Business Development Officer in the Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) Client Services group, focusing on managing client relationships and ESOP transactions.

Ms. Archer joined GreatBanc in 2018.

Education

Ms. Archer earned a bachelor of arts in religion from Carleton College. She earned a juris doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School, where she also earned a Tax Certificate and participated in Tax Moot Court.

Expertise

Prior to joining GreatBanc, she was Of Counsel for the ESOP group at Lathrop Gage LLP. Ms. Archer also served as Director-ESOP Consulting for the Principal Financial Group, and as Partner for Barnes & Thornburg LLP. Beginning her career in ESOP services in 2002, Ms. Archer is skilled in drafting transaction documents and addressing risk management and other fiduciary processes.
